A key trend from the SS14 catwalks was sheers..evident in everything from dresses and skirts even through to sweat shirts in full outfits or clever panels this may seem like a tricky trend to wear but it really is quite simple its all about the layering. Keep the jewellery and co-ordinates to a minimum and understated to let the simplicity of the sheers do all the talking. If you aren't body confident opt for blouses or sweats and layer over a plain vest or crop top either in a matching colour or for a sporty summer look try layering over neon or a bright colour.
